Overview: CRS participants / List of countries 2025
As of March 26, 2025 the Federal Ministry of Finance has published the updated list of CRS partner states published. Compared to the list from June 13, 2024 there are important changes that are relevant for banks, tax consultants and financial service providers.

All countries previously listed in 2024 will continue to be part of the 2025 Common Reporting Standard (CRS).
Conclusion
In 2024, the list comprised 111 States and territorieswhile in 2025 it will be 123 participants was expanded. The inclusion of several African countries (Cameroon, Liberia, Rwanda, Senegal, Uganda) and Eastern European countries (Moldova, Ukraine, Montenegro) is particularly striking. The CRS thus continues to grow globally and strengthens the international Tax transparency.
