Refund policy for Digitalize Global, LLC

1. general provisions

Digitalize Global, LLC provides company formation, registered agent, registered office, and 12-month company management and support services. This policy governs the terms and conditions for refunds in various scenarios.

2. reimbursement in the event of failed company formation

2.1 Upon full payment

  • In the event of a failed company formation, the total amount will be refunded.
  • Official fees for simple, non-anonymous start-ups are excluded.

2.2 For payment in installments

  • If the company formation is not permitted by the authorities (e.g. after 2 months), everything will be refunded.
  • This does not apply to the first installment paid by the customer when placing the order.

3. reimbursement for specific services

3.1 Registered Agent or Registered Office

  • Refund of the entire amount minus 100 dollars.

3.2 Company Secretary Service

  • Fees will not be refunded.

3.3 Anonymous foundation

  • Refund of the entire amount, except:
    • For installment payments: the first installment
    • With full immediate payment: 450 dollars

3.4 Nominee shareholder

  • No refund possible.

3.5 12-month service package

  • Refund possible, except:
    • For payment in installments: no refund possible
    • For full immediate payment: 100 dollars

3.6 Anonymization package for limited liability companies

  • No refund possible.

3.7 Registration of a trade name in the USA

  • No refund possible.
